Dee Why RSL

ANZAC Day Dawn Service, 2015-2024

In collaboration with our friends at Dee Why RSL, we have produced the annual Anzac Day Dawn Service on Dee Why beach since 2015. A day of reflection and remembrance, the event has grown to over 10,000 attendees and has fast become the largest dawn service on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, gaining television coverage and extensive publicity.

We manage the entire event, including developing and producing guest interaction displays, stage sets and running orders, council applications, traffic management, security management, first aid management, audio visual plans, construction, screen content, emergency services, bump-in and out, VIP guest management, stage management, event staffing, talent management and event rehearsals.

Involving a three-day build and bump-out, 45 staff, 14 suppliers and one sleepless night pre-event (as we are all too scared to miss our 3am alarms), it’s a long three days but always an incredibly moving and memorable event for everyone.
