We produced a deliciously dark Kraken Rum Christmas dinner staged in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth over three weeks. The menu was custom-designed by some of Australia’s top chefs who created a mouth-watering meal of ‘blackened’ seasonal food and exclusive matched cocktails, with unexpected surprises along the way. Think falling snow, live snow globes, Kraken crackers and carollers… a delight for all the senses. We managed the entire event, from venue, styling, bespoke food and beverage menu development to production of signage and collateral, entertainment, talent management, audio visual, guest entry, bump-in and out.
